Support system in achieving the goal: Parents Association formed in 1990 to cater the needs of the players, to cultivate public relation with officials, media and to promote and create conductive environment for the children to nurture their talent. (Honorary coaches s/shri A.Srinivasa Rao and A.Muralidhar Rao are the founder members of the Parent's Association)
Parents association has organized 17 city school tournaments, 17 state rankings and 17 All India summer coaching camps (On 22 Tables, an unbeatable record)
One of the schools tournaments in 1996 has attracted a record number of 1480 entries.
Technical Support for the players: 2 top coaches assisted by 4 dedicated coaches, with 24 years of coaching experience having trained 3 Arjuna awardees, 5 National Champions in men and women, 1 junior national champion besides hundreds of national ranked, state ranked and university players.
This association is also financially and technically supporting underprivileged players.
Organizational capacity: The Honorary coaches S/Shri Srinivasa Rao and Muralidhara Rao besides serving in Tamil Nadu State Association, Tamil Nadu Players Welfare Association, Madras District Association, Table Tennis Players Parents Association in various capacities for the last 24 years, they have organized more than 60 tournaments of various levels with well knit organizing team, parents support and excellent media support.
Objective: To produce players to win World Championship / Olympic Gold Medal
Time frame for the Objective: By 2016 (10 years from now covering 2 Olympics and 5 World Championships)
Further requirements: Financial Support for achieving the above objective as detailed in the annexure by way of sponcership to the academy and the players.
